为什么会有这个地方？
你好，我是 Abobo。一个典型的 INFP。
在很长一段时间里，我都觉得真实的自己是"不合格"的。这个社会崇尚外向、狼性、果断和绝对的理性。作为一个总是想太多、容易内耗、甚至对别人的情绪过度共情的人，我常常在人群中感到格格不入。
后来我才明白，敏感并不是一种缺陷，它是一种极具穿透力的天赋。建立 Self-Retreat，就是想给所有在现实里感到疲惫的"高敏感者"一个数字避难所。世界要求我们坚硬且快，但在这里，你可以柔软且慢。
